ERA Golf Management was founded in 2026 with a bold but necessary mission: to modernize golf course management and challenge the industry’s outdated operational mindset. For too long, many facilities have operated comfortably at the bare minimum while maintaining high expectations. We believe golf operations can — and should — be more strategic, more efficient, and more profitable.

With over 21 years of hands-on experience in the golf industry, primarily in operations leadership, our founder has worked across every aspect of club management. That experience includes leadership roles with Troon, ClubCorp (Invited), Greenway, and Concert Golf. While many management models follow similar structures, the common theme has often been limited innovation paired with rising expectations.
